Doesnt have the motivation to work. Quite a couple of my colleagues are leaving soon. Finance manager of mine leaving tomorrow too !! You will never know what will happen to this company tomorrow, kinda unstable. Gosh ~ I will have even more work. Planning to convert to another distributor side, there needs manpower for finances. Benefits wise much more better then my company here. Its more stable ! They are doing well there. Spoken to the management, unfortunately my head of finance doesnt want to release me !! Till they find a replacement, right now no news for replacement yet ! The management already has the notice one month ago. So sad ~ This company simply doesnt understand the meaning of systematic ya !!
Month end closing are getting nearer ! Which means im gonna do it all my myself ?????
